Sugar Cain Bakery grew out of a passion to create not just beautiful desserts but desserts that taste as good as they look. Several years ago, Pam Cain Bland, Owner and self taught Pastry Chef, began creating special one of a kind creations for her daughter’s birthday parties. These cakes became an instant hit with friends and family. Soon, by word of mouth, orders piled in and Pam’s passion turned into a full time job thus Sugar Cain Bakery was born.
The philosophy is simple; To bake a cake that’s worth going back for seconds, the cake must be made to order, from scratch, using only the freshest ingredients.
