My name is Tilley and I am so excited to show you the last real Virginia featured wedding of 2016 (don’t worry, next week I will pull my favorite pictures from every wedding I featured in 2016) . For a couple that was engaged in Paris on Christmas day, today’s wedding is equally awe inspiring and the perfect finale to the year. It took place at none other than America’s resort, the amazing Greenbrier.

Kelly chose a gorgeous sweetheart neckline gown to say “I do” in. I am obsessed with everything about her look, from her bejeweled headband to her bouquet with printed ribbon. Absolutely stunning!

Kelly met her groom, Connellee, because their siblings were roommates. Upon meeting, their sibblings quickly knew Kelly and Connellee would make a great couple, so they set them up on a blind date and the rest was history. HOW PERFECT IS THAT Y’ALL!? Like the plot of a “Boy Meets World” episode, I just love it.

Before riding into the ceremony in a horse drawn carriage, Kelly shared a few special moments with her father. I adore this sweet handkerchief she gifted to him.

The Greenbrier’s onsite chapel was complemented perfectly by hydrangeas on the end of each pew and atop the alter. This ceremony might be my favorite to date.

And just like that, they were riding off to their reception as a married couple!

But first, couples portraits! I swear, they are Ken and Barbie! And how nice that the Greenbrier wets their concrete like the Bachelor mansions 😉

Breathtaking!

They look like royalty in front of this castle-like homestead! Also, love that the men have coat tails!

While photos were being snapped, guests attended a cocktail hour in this EPIC room.
They then grabbed their place cards out of a bed of hydrangeas (gasp, obsessed)…

…and headed to find their seats in this amazing ballroom.

Kelly’s quick wardrobe change into this one shoulder gown stunned the crowd (and me) for their first dance as man and wife.

Their exit was also stunning. Congrats Kelly and Connellee!
From the Bride:
What was your favorite detail of the day? “So hard to choose…but one fun thing was the Greenbrier arranged a horse and carriage to and from the ceremony, it made it feel like a royal wedding!”
What advice would you give to a bride to be? “Don’t rush! You get to spend the rest of your lives together, and there’s no reason to put extra stress on yourself if you don’t have to.”
