In honor of the new season having started, I’d very excited to do a Once Upon A Time wedding style! No, there won’t be any spoilers in this one. Mostly just because I haven’t made it past the middle of the third season yet… but that’s what Netflix is for!

This wedding can have so many different colors and ideas to flow through with it. Deep purple for the magic, red for the apples, blue for the goodness. I’d like to incorporate them all! The red would be the one I’d concentrate on for the main color. I’d also like to use black and grey a lot!

Here’s my favorite idea for the escort cards:

This picture is from a blog called Cute Pins. I absolutely adore this idea, but for a Once Upon A Time-specific theme, I’d made a few changes. One, I’d use red apples in place of the green. And the cards themselves I’d make out of old-fashioned paper as if it came straight out of Henry’s storybook! In addition to being such a great incorporation of the theme, I’m sure some of your guests will love the extra snack while waiting for their dinner!

While these candles are not specific to the show, I think they’ll look gorgeous with this theme:

These candles are from Etsy. The quote, while not from the show, still fits with the theme and adds to the big idea of your wedding: love. And the black lace at the top will go perfectly with the rest of your theme! The price is for a set of 20, so they are also very affordable!

How about some snacks? (Henry would appreciate it!)

While all are cute ideas, I’m mostly posting this because of the apples. I think they are an amazing snack option for a Once Upon A Time wedding! (Plus, they look delicious)! This is from a blog called Hostess with the Mostess. Some other good options for your treat table are hot chocolate with whipped cream and cinnamon on top and mini apple strudels! Both are perfect for a fall or winter wedding, and they are both crowd favorites that your guests will thank you for! Speaking of your guests…

This is a wedding guest book from Etsy. Look familiar? Everyone will love adding their ideas to give you and your future husband your own happily ever after, and it’ll look great on your shelf for the rest of your life! I was really excited to find this. I wanted to do a guest book as the storybook since the second I thought to do this theme, and was just going to suggest a DIY option. Then I found out it already exists. Dreams do come true!

And no wedding is complete without a cake!

This cake is from Sweet Fix RVA located in Richmond. While not based on Once Upon A Time, I think it does a good job of incorporating this theme, with only a few small changes! The bottom reminds me of Snow White’s wedding dress from the show, and the red fits with the apples and the colors of the wedding in a way I couldn’t have thought of better myself! Instead of flowers at the top, I’d considering doing apples! You can really put whatever word you’d like in place of the Beloved, but I love the font and even love the word choice for this theme!

As for the table on which you’ll put this masterpiece, here’s a fun way to decorate it:

This picture is from Project Denneler. What more is there to say besides how adorable it is and how great it’ll look above the cake table? It’s too perfect for words, so I’ll let it speak for itself.

There’s only one more question left to be answered: where will you have this spectacular wedding? Don’t worry, I found the perfect place!

This venue is the West Manor Estate Home in Forest, Va. It’s a very woodsy area (would you expect anything less from a place named Forest?) and the house actually reminds me of the estate that Regina’s house lives on in the show! Obviously, this venue shows that on a larger scale, but there’s nothing wrong with that! The venue offers a lot of options for your wedding!

I hope everyone enjoyed this theme, and I can’t wait to be back next week with the bridal party inspiration! Keep watching the show, but don’t spoil it for me! I promise to catch up soon. I will see you all next week, beautiful brides!
