Fashion Focus- Virginia’s Daughter ( New Bridal Store)

Happy fashion focus!

There is a new bridal store in town!

Virginia’s Daughter, located in Suffolk, will have a grand opening on Monday, June 21st, 10:00 A.M.-6:00 P.M.

The first 50 brides in the store will receive 10% off of their gown purchase and be entered into a raffle for a luxury gift basket.

About:

Virginia’s Daughter Bridal Boutique is located in the new shopping center in Bridgeport Suffolk.

The boutique is locally owned and operated by two Suffolk residents, Allison Alderman and Denise Janowiak.

It has been Allison’s dream to own and operate a bridal boutique since graduating from Old Dominion University with a degree in fashion merchandising and planning her own wedding back in 2016.

“Our goal is to help our brides find the gown that will make her feel beautiful and confident on her wedding day. As her personal stylist, we will respect her style preferences and budget” Alderman stated. “We can’t wait to meet and cater to our brides-to-be.

There is not a bridal boutique in Western Tidewater for brides-to-be to shop for their perfect wedding gown.

We are excited to bring this service to future brides in the local area.” said Janowiak.

Allison Alderman will be working alongside her own mother, Virginia “Ginny” Slechta, who was Allison’s inspiration for the boutique’s name “Virginia’s Daughter”.

“It has been both of our dreams to work alongside each other in this boutique” Slechta said.

Virginia’s Daughter will be carrying designer gowns from Watters, Moonlight Bridal, Morilee, Rebecca Ingram, and more!

All gowns will be available to order and some will be available for off the rack purchase.

Virginia’s Daughter is located at 1301 Bridgeport Way, Suite 101 • Suffolk, VA 23435t
