The “Love Never Fails” Elopement Giveaway, a $10K elopement giveaway was created by a talented and award-winning team who wants to give back to their community. Your elopement will be at the renowned 2941 Restaurant in Falls Church, Virginia.
2941 is one of the most celebrated restaurants in the metropolitan area. The restaurant is nestled in the heart of Falls Church, VA surrounded by lush landscaping, Koi ponds, waterfalls, world-class artwork, and a lakeside view.
Terms and Conditions
- Each participant must agree to all terms and conditions for their entry to be official.
- Giveaway Package is non-transferable.
- Participants must be a couple whose weddings was cancelled by COVID-19 and lost their venue and or vendors. Proof of cancellation is required.
- Participants cannot be a current client of any of the sponsoring event professionals.
- Winner will be required to sign a contract with each sponsor for their complimentary goods and services. This is simply to ensure you have read and understood the value and terms provided by each sponsor.
- Elopement day must be scheduled 30 days prior to event.
- Elopement date and time are subject to sponsoring event professionals’ availability.
- Elopement date must be between 08/01/2020 and 11/30/2020.
- Elopement date cannot be scheduled on a Friday (past 2 PM), a Saturday or a Sunday.
- All goods and services will be presented at sponsoring venue location only.
- Event must follow current COVID-19 restrictions as outlined by the Governor of Virginia and Fairfax County regulations.
- Couple may have up to 4 guests (not including officiant) to witness ceremony.

- Host elopement between 08/01/2020 and 11/30/2020

How to Enter:
- Submit a photo of you and your fiancée by June 15, 2020 to eyushan@exceptionaleventsbyelisa.com along with the following information:
- Full name of each person’s name who is getting married
- Original wedding date
- Agree to ALL terms and conditions

- Up to two-hour coverage coordinating vendors and event details and logistics

*Vendor will host a virtual consultation session to discuss the couple’s vision and draft up to 3
design options. A second consultation will be scheduled to discuss feedback on the designs and
to finalize design plans. Once a final design has been approved by the winning couple and
production has begun, no additional edits can be made. Vendor may host additional
consultations as needed.
** Vendor can provide email distribution of digital invitations to up to 50 recipients. If this
option is selected, an active link may be included to direct guests to the ceremony live feed. The
live feed link must be provided to the vendor prior to distribution. The email distribution will be
delivered by the vendor’s client email platform. The vendor cannot guarantee email delivery to
all recipients. Any returned emails or emails sent to spam are not the fault of the vendor.
Vendor will provide the engaged couple with a report of successful/unsuccessful deliveries.
Venue – 2941 Restaurant
- Complimentary outdoor ceremony space (furniture, chairs and decorations not included). In the event of inclement weather an indoor ceremony space will be provided.
- Two-hour access to venue grounds for ceremony & photos.
- Couple must purchase (at least) a dinner for two at home celebration package or dine in a la carte with a minimum $100 purchase.
Videography – Fine Art Wedding Film
- Full day coverage
- 2 cinematographers
- All the highlights of the day
- Artfully edited 7-10 minute film
