“Suddenly the world seems such a perfect place. Suddenly it moves with such a perfect grace. Suddenly my life doesn’t seem such a waste. It all revolves around you.”

I could listen to “Come What May” every day of my life and sing along with gusto each and every time. Christian and Satine = relationship goals. You know, except for the whole the-Duke-is-trying-to-break-them-apart-and-one-of-them-is-a-prostitute-and-that-whole-thing-that-happens-at-the-very-end part. But besides all of that, their story allows for a perfect wedding theme. Which leads me to this very vintage and beautiful bridal look!

Moulin Rouge Bridal

I had very specific guidelines for this dress. It had to be A-line or sheath and had to have lots of bling. This Sottero and Midgley dress fits the bill in an unbelievably perfect way! I love the sweetheart neckline and the way it’ll definitely hug your figure (let’s be honest, Satine is NOT a ballgown woman!). And even more than that, I love the Swarovski crystals all over the dress! Only the best for the Sparkling Diamond herself.

The bag and the bouquet are the same as those from the bridal party. I still absolutely adore the idea of a composite bouquet for Satine because she is definitely the type to break away from the grain and want to be different and dramatic, this one from Style Me Pretty is just perfect for this theme. And I mentioned using these bags from Zazzle as your bridesmaid gifts, but go ahead and get one for yourself too so that you all match and always remember the Paris background of this fantastic movie.

The earrings and necklace are from the same set from Affordable Elegance Bridal, and they match this theme perfectly (without having the necklace Satine wore, which was worth an estimated $1 million, according to IMDB). They still have an aura of being extravagant and gorgeous and will complement your dress!

This vintage-style hair comb will make you look and feel like a Sparkling Diamond…which is pretty much our entire point! Again, it’ll match the other bling you’ll be rocking, and it’s not overly big so it won’t seem like you’re trying too hard — it’ll just be gorgeous! You can find this on Etsy.

And finally, I LOVE LOVE LOVE these shoes from Etsy! I can DEFINITELY see Satine herself wearing these around Paris. They have style, bling, and so much personality that when they pop out from underneath that dress as you walk, everyone will be in awe!
