Spoiler alert: I was most definitely channeling Arwen for this style. Can you blame me? Her elvish glow makes for a beautiful bride!
This dress from David’s Bridal is so great for this theme! I definitely knew I wanted a sheath silhouette and chiffon for the gown, and I knew this was the perfect fit as soon as I saw it. I love the illusion sleeves and the detailing along them. I can most definitely see Arwen wearing this around Rivendale!
I’ma huge fan of crowns, and this one from Carnia’s Designs is both perfect and beautiful. For some reason, it’s the dip down in the middle that makes it for me. You’ll love feeling like the most beautiful elf in all of Middle Earth while rocking this!
This necklace from Etsy is a gorgeous replica of the Phial of Galadriel from the movies. Not to mention, it’s a super subtle hint to the theme that will look amazing with just about anything. People will think it’s just a pretty pendant that may be your “something old,” when you’re really staying true to your overall theme and style!
Of course, this is the same bouquet as what we used in the bridal party style, and it’s still absolutely perfect! From Tourterelle Floral Design in Charlottesville, the exotic, woodsy feel this gives off is perfect for a LOTR wedding! I can definitely see Frodo walking past some of these in the Shire!
Last, but certainly not least, one does not simply walk into Mordor in heels. Flats are definitely recommended instead, and these ones from David’s Bridal are perfect in this theme. I love the florals to remind you of the outdoors, and they’ll look adorable poking out from underneath the dress!
