The response to the Doctor Who style inspiration for the ceremony and reception was amazing, and I’m so glad everyone is liking this theme so far! However, I really believe that you’re going to love this bridal party look even more!

Doctor Who Bridal Party

I came across this dress so many times while looking for one for this style. I was trying to keep my options open, but I kept coming back to it. It’s from the Love by Enzoani line. I love the color, and I absolutely adore the skirt. I wanted something just a little fuller, because nothing in Doctor Who is about skintight clothes and shorter hemlines. And of course, the bows! While personally I’m partial to Tennant as the Tenth Doctor, Matt Smith did a great job making an iconic style to go along with the show.

The cute little TARDIS up at the top is actually a cuff link! I found it atFashionably Geeky. I think your groomsmen would appreciate their own little token to get them into the theme. Besides, in case you haven’t noticed, I’m a huge fan of subtle nods to the theme, and this is a great way of doing it.

Speaking of your groomsmen, you should definitely spiff them up a bit with their own bow tie! Try this one from Etsy. Technically, it’s a hair bow, which was my original intent when looking for it. But I love the idea of the men wearing them instead! On their suits, not their hair. Unless they want to wear it in their hair, in which case, please take lots of photos!

I love the bracelet at the top! And it’s a perfect bridesmaid gift for the favorite ladies in your life. You can find it at Spiffing Jewelry. It’s so cute and will match the dresses and everything else. Besides, what Virginia woman isn’t a little impossible sometimes?

I’m normally more of a heels girl instead of flats, at least for weddings. However, I can’t pull off flats, so there’s a slight chance that I’m biased. But heels are just not practical when time traveling in the TARDIS (have you seen the holes in the floor?). I found these on Shoes of Prey. The bows would make the Eleventh Doctor proud, and the color matches our scheme of TARDIS blue and silver, so basically, they’re perfect.

And last, but certainly not least, the bouquet. I’ll admit, I struggled hard with this one. Doctor Who is not a very flowery show, and I didn’t want to go very cliche with the bouquet, since every Doctor Who wedding I’ve seen has the bright blue flowers. Which is gorgeous, and works, but I’d like to be different. Roses for Rose Tyler anybody? I got this bouquet from Bride in Bloom. I love the dark colors accentuating the red roses as well. Perfect for time traveling with The Doctor!

I’m so glad this theme has been so popular! I’m so excited to show the bridal look next week. I hope you loved this look, and I hope you love next week’s look! It’s going to be beautiful!
